Sound quality is bad

1- We recommend to check your internet connection speed, and use a good connection speed to have satisfactory quality.

2- Login to your GULFSIP PC-Soft phone.

3- Go to tools.

4- Choose Audio setting.


5- Switch between codecs as follow and test the calls ,

  • • Use G.723 for low internet speed.
  • • Use G.729 for medium internet speed.
  • • Use PCMU & PCMA for high internet speed.
