Your GULFSIP number’s password is automatically generated from our system, once you have gotten a new number the password will be sent to you by e-mail and SMS, and if you got a hardware device, it will be handed to you in a small green card.
Note: Mobile numbers used from our iPhone & Android applications don’t have a password and can’t be used on our devices.
GULFSIP allows you to change any personal data for your GULFSIP numbers recorded in our system. It also allows you to use your GULFSIP number to make calls on any of our applications or hardware devices. If you lost your GULFSIP number password, please contact our customer service.
Customers can change the password for any of their GULFSIP numbers linked to their account at any time,
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click on “My Numbers” from the account name menu, a new window will appear with your numbers.
3. Click on “Settings” for the number you wish to make the process for.
4- Choose “Number Password” then click on Show/Change
5- a new window will appear to type the new password , then press “Change Password”
Note: Changing the GULFSIP password for any number currently active on a hardware device will cause the device to give busy tone, and become unavailable for making or receiving calls, until the new password is applied via computer as shown in our configurations page.
