1. Check your internet speed and make sure that your internet is working well and stable.
You can download “Speed test” application from the App store. After completing the test your internet speed will be shown .
2. Change your internet connection; try both 3G and WIFI.
3. Turn Secure connection on.
- • To turn Secure Connection on, sign in with your mobile number or your GULFSIP number if you have one.
- • Choose “Settings” from the side menu.
• Turn “Secure connection” on.

5. Uninstall the application and download it again to make sure you have the latest version.
