Can’t hear anything

1- Make sure that you are connecting a good quality head set and that your speaker and microphone isn’t muted.

2- Logout and choose Network Setting , then check on “TLS”  & press Sign in

3- Make sure that your PC firewall is off ,
Go to( Control Panel ==> Windows Firewall ==> Customize Settings ==> Turn the Fire Wall OFF )
