How do i use Kuwait Connect from devices?
You can use your Kuwait Connect number on any of our devices similar to normal GULFSIP numbers by simply changing the number on your device, for more information on how to change the number installed on the device you can check our devices configuration page.
I have connected my device but it is not working; what can I do?
Please refer to our troubleshooting page to check your problem or contact our customer service.
My device was damaged; is there any maintenance to fix the device?
If there was a problem with the software our technical support team can help you. But if the hardware was damaged it can’t be repaired, but the device can be replaced if it is still in the warranty period.
What is the warranty on GULFSIP devices?
The warranty on all GULFSIP devices is 1 year.
What are the additional features available in the IP-phone over the ATA devices?
The IP-phone doesn’t require a phone kit to use, also it has many additional features, please refer to the devices Feature & Configuration page or the device manual for more details.
How does the converter device work?
For normal calls it works same as our ATA devices but it has an additional feature that enables you when calling the GULFSIP number on the converter to get the land line and make local calls you can also call your land line installed on the device and after few rings get the GULFSIP tone to make GULFSIP calls.
